Hey, you look familiar! Didn't I see you at the San Diego County Fair? I'm the big mama camel that was right around the corner from the Story Castle. Anyway, you guys sure had some outreach. There were so many of you -- 116 total, with 80 volunteers from North County! That Robert guy tells me it's a new record.



The really big story is that by all working together you reached 2,390 children with the Good News, and of those 597 responded to God's invitation to believe in Jesus! There were also 1,421 adults (2 responses) and 11 teens (3 responses). And lots and lots of Christian kids were encouraged to keep growing in the Lord. All the glory goes to God! But it couldn't have happened without you, His servants, being faithful to invest your time and effort to fight your way through the traffic to the fair and reach the kids for Him. I'm sure you got blessed while you were there, but remember this -- Jesus promises that every good work done in His name will be rewarded when He returns!

I really love you guys, and I'd like to give you all a great big kiss, but I think I'm getting one of those summer colds. I hope I'll see you all back at the fair next year. Oh -- one more thing before I go and take my nap -- maybe you're thinking it's kinda crazy for a camel to be talking, but the Bible says that someday we four-footed beasts will be praising the Lord right along with all you children of God! Please read this out loud with me:
